Artist Statement

"I'm passionate about utilizing vibrant color while creating an intimate view of reality. My subjects reveal what is momentary, that is, less of an entire scene, more of a glimpse.

Watercolor is the medium of choice and it permits me to paint with a freedom that is fresh and spontaneous. Each painting becomes an intricate puzzle woven with transparent and intense watercolor pigment."
